CUSTOM ORDERS

I am looking forward to creating you a one of a kind piece! A non-refundable deposit will be required to get on the list for custom orders. Search in the product category for which item you’re interested in purchasing and pay the base price amount. Get in touch as soon as you have completed your order to go over any customizations you may need. I do not have every product listed this way, so if you are needing something custom made and don’t see it listed, get in touch and I am more than happy to work with you! 

Custom orders are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to back out of an order I will give you store credit that can be used for a custom order or in-stock items. 

Belts are non-refundable, please measure accurately before giving me your measurements. I am happy to walk you through the belt measuring process. Once I have cut the belt to length you desire it is yours. 

All custom orders will need to be paid for in full before I start your order. You will be contacted before work is begun for the rest of the payment to be completed. If you fail to complete payment within the time we discuss your spot in line will be lost. 

I work on each order in the order I receive them. 

RETURNS 

Custom items are NON-RETURNABLE.

Instock items you have purchased, are returnable if shipped back within 5 business days in the EXACT condition it was received in. Once I clarify that the product was returned in the same condition I will give you in store credit for the item itself and not shipping costs. You are responsible for paying return shipping. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

SHIPPING 

Your item will be shipped priority mail through USPS. If you choose PayPal at checkout your address must be CORRECT. I cannot change your shipping address and I will be shipping to the address on your PayPal.

If you are in need of expedited shipping, or shipping out of the US please get in touch with me.

In-stock items will ship in 2-5 business days. Custom orders will ship in the estimated turnaround time you were told when ordering. Once your item is completed I will send you photos and the item will be shipped shortly after.

We do ship to Canada and Australia. 

 

PAYMENTS

If you wish to make payments on an item please contact me. You will be required to pay a half down non-refundable deposit. This will get you on the order list, you may make payments in the time frame I will give you for your order turnaround time. Typically a 4-6 week time frame sometimes longer. If you need a longer payment period we can discuss this. All payments will be non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit for an instock item or a custom order at a later time.

I do not sell wholesale. 

I am not accepting any sponsorship applications. 

We are a family owned business and we do not have a store front.
